Working in Partnership (Online)

Working in Partnership equips participants to identify and employ strategies that support a partnership approach within and across services.

This workshop draws on tools and strategies from the Family Partnership Model, a relational change model that aims to enhance the capacity of parents/carers and practitioners to work together using a partnership approach. The Working in Partnership workshop can be delivered in a three-hour or full-day format. The half-day workshop can be delivered face-to-face or online.

Working in Partnership is available in a 3 hour, one-day or two-day workshop format. Each workshop helps professionals to identify and employ strategies that support a partnership approach within and across services.

What it involves

In the three-hour workshop, you will:

Course outcome: Participants can identify and employ strategies that support a partnership approach within and across services.

Learning objectives:

  • Increase understanding of 'engagement' and 'partnership' as concepts that influence practice
    Increase participants' awareness of the worker and service characteristics that support engagement and working in partnership
