Infant Sleep eLearning Program

Overview

The Infant Sleep eLearning Program is designed for health professionals and parents to help babies aged six months and older learn to sleep during the day and overnight.

Research tells us that over a third of babies experience problems settling to sleep at the start of the night or waking overnight, or both. This can have a big impact on the parents and other siblings.

Why choose the Infant Sleep eLearning Program?

At the Centre for Community Child Health, we’ve overseen a decade-long research program to help babies settle to sleep. Through a series of high-quality trials and face-to-face training programs, we’ve tested several techniques that are safe and effective to use in babies aged six months or older.

This program will teach you about these techniques and provide you with materials to support you and the parents you see during these often-challenging times.

  • Learn evidence-based, safe and effective techniques to help babies sleep.
  • Access fact sheets in eight languages to support you and the families that you work with.
  • Gain accreditation for continuing professional development – details below.
